CLINICAL HEALTH
Our program consists of our Community Health Nurse and student Nurse Practitioner working with our visiting professionals to deliver a broad range of clinical services, such as:
Family medicine, which is able to provide diagnosis, treatment, prevention, screening and testing,
Phlebotomy clinics (blood tests),
Women’s Health,
Immunization,
Sexual Health,
STI monitoring and contact tracing.
These services are available in 4 ways:

HIV/AIDS Awareness
The HIV/AIDS program provides education, prevention and related health services to community. The overall goal of this program is to work in partnership to prevent HIV/AIDS transmission and support the care of those impacted by HIV and AIDS.
